Webinar: Intellectual Property Rights and Insolvency Proceedings

Webinar on insolvency proceedings and their impact on IP rights

Webinar: Intellectual Property Rights and Insolvency Proceedings

24.11.2020 BE law

Agoria, Belgium’s largest sectorial employers’ federation of technology driven companies, patent office V.O. and Stibbe jointly organise a webinar on the main aspects of insolvency proceedings and their impact on intellectual property rights.

Insolvency procedures can occur at any time, and involve both risks and opportunities for the parties involved. In this webinar the main aspects of insolvency proceedings and their impact on intellectual property rights will be highlighted.

Speakers are Stibbe's IP partners Ignace Vernimme and Philippe Campolini, and Pieter Wouters, counsel in our litigation, dispute resolution, insolvency and restructuring team. Annemie Jaeken (European, Dutch and Belgian patent attorney) and Annemie Swinnen (European patent attorney) of patent office V.O. also hold speaking slots.

During this webinar you will find out more about insolvency proceedings, how to protect yourself against possible setbacks and how to take advantage of the opportunities these proceedings offer.

The webinar takes place on 9 December and will be conducted in English. It is exclusively reserved to Agoria-members.
