Stibbe advised Astorg and IQ-EQ with the acquisition of Blue River Partners.
Stibbe Luxembourg has successfully assisted Astorg, a leading independent private equity firm with over EUR 8 billion of assets under management, and IQ-EQ, one of the world's leading investor services providers, with the acquisition and the financing of Blue River Partners, an industry leading US provider of outsourced solutions to alternative asset managers. With this acquisition, IQ-EQ strategically increases their presence in the US and globally.
