Stibbe will host its annual Debt Finance seminar in Amsterdam on Thursday 6 February. The seminar will feature our lawyers discussing the most vital legal developments and the impact on national and international financing practice.

This year, our theme is restructuring, and we will focus in particular on the Wet Homologatie Onderhands Akkoord WHOA) which is currently pending before the House of Representatives and is expected to come into force during 2020.

Restructuring

Presentations will be delivered by various speakers from a range of disciplines in restructuring. The seminar is intended for CFOs, corporate treasurers and in-house legal counsel involved in financing and restructuring. The detailed programme will be confirmed and communicated in January 2020.
