After a first webinar on the groundbreaking Schrems II case, Stibbe's TMT department is hosting a follow-up webinar on international data transfers in the light of recent important developments. The webinar takes place on 15 December 2020 at 11:00 am.

Both the publication of new guidelines by the European Data Protection Board and the first draft of new model clauses by the European Commission shed a light on how businesses should interpret and adapt to Schrems II.

The webinar will present key takeaways of both publications, as well as a detailed step-by-step approach towards compliance. Afterwards, we will happily answer all of your remaining questions.

We invite you to submit your questions in advance at

The session will be conducted in English. Questions will be answered in Dutch, French or English, depending on the language of the questioner.

Participation is free of charge. lf you want to register for this webinar, you can send an e-mail to After having received your registration, we will come back to you with dial-in details for the webinar.

To ensure quality communication, we will limit the number of participants to 40 (on a first come, first serve basis). In case of excess demand, we may schedule a second session.

We are looking forward to “seeing” you all there!
