Stibbe assisted Family Vanmoerkerke with their contribution in kind of 9 retail premises situated in Antwerp and Ostend in QRF Comm.VA., a listed real estate fund.

​Through this transaction, the Family Vanmoerkerke has a participation of 28.3 % in Qrf City Retail. Furthermore, the Vanmoerkerke family acquired 100% of the shares in Qrf Management NV, the statutory manager of Qrf City Retail, from the Quares Group.
