Disruptive mobility-startup Hardt is the second company in 2019 that joins the Stibbe StartsUP programme. As a winner of Elon Musk's 'SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition', Hardt will be able to benefit from legal expertise provided by Stibbe on a range of issues.
Hardt originates from a TU Delft student team working to develop the Hyperloop technology. Hyperloop is a revolutionary ground transport system, which is still in the initial stages, that could take passengers from Amsterdam to Paris in 30 minutes in carbon pods travelling through low-pressure tubes. Unlike cars and trains, it won't have any wheels but will instead use magnetic levitation. Stibbe will assist Hardt with legal aspect in relation to the development of the Hyperloop technology.
Stibbe is delighted to welcome Hardt to its StartsUP programme, which added Fintech-startup Dyme earlier this year.
