On Wednesday 27 October 2017, Stibbe organizes a GDPR session entitled "Legal solutions: how to accommodate the GDPR challenges in your IT contract?"

During this session, which will take place at our offices, we will focus on building the proper legal clauses and regimes in your IT service contracts. The TMT team will be available to share their best practices and discuss their insights with you. They will draw on their first-hand expertise in this field, as well as on their extensive experience. The session will be opened and moderated by Erik Valgaeren, head of the TMT practice.
