De impact van de strijd tegen internationale belastingontwijking op de Nederlandse financiële sector

De internationale en Europese ontwikkelingen in de strijd tegen internationale belastingontwijking hebben een hoge vlucht genomen. In 2013 deed het door de G20 geïnitieerde actieplan van de Organisatie voor Economische Samenwerking en Ontwikkeling (OESO) gericht op de bestrijding van Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) de discussie omtrent internationale tax planning structuren en transparantie wereldwijd oplaaien.

Reinout de Boer en Charlotte Tolman schreven een artikel over de impact van deze strijd tegen internationale belastingontwijking op de Nederlandse financiële sector. Dit artikel is gepubliceerd in het Tijdschrift Financieel Recht in de Praktijk (2017/2).

The response of the Dutch government to the G7 Tax initiative

Short Reads - On 14 June 2021, the Dutch State Secretary of Finance sent a letter to the Dutch Parliament setting out his view on (i) the political agreement reached by the G7 countries on global tax reform and (ii) the next meeting of the OECD/G20 Inclusive Framework on BEPS (“Inclusive Framework”) in which a similar agreement should be reached within a wider group of countries.
