On Thursday 30 November 2017, Erik Valgaeren (Stibbe TMT/Data Protection) addressed the European Lawyers Forum in New York on the challenges and opportunities offered by the GDPR (the General Data Protection Regulation).

 

A proper understanding of the stringent EU data privacy rules - soon to include the new EU General Data Protection Regulation - is essential for any transactional lawyer or litigator advising on trans-Atlantic matters. Erik Valgaeren is panelist in this session organised by European Lawyers Forum in New York.
