What are the consequences of (infringement of) provisions of formal accounting law in corporate law? This is the central question in the symposium "Doorwerking van voorschriften van jaarrekeningenrecht in het ondernemingsrecht".

The symposium will take place on 3 November 2016 at the Radboud University in Nijmegen and will be organized by the Vereniging voor Jaarrekeningrecht in cooperation with the Van der Heijden Institute. Steven Hijink will chair the symposium.
