Mini-symposium new comprehensive EU regulation insider trading

06.04.2016

On Wednesday 6 April 2016 Stibbe will host a mini-symposium about the Dutch legislation and regulations relating to insider trading which is due to be replaced on 3 July 2016 by a comprehensive EU regulation. The mini-symposium concerns all professionals who are exposed to inside information.

The regulation will directly apply to all EU countries, including the Netherlands. The fully harmonized rules build on the existing system, but also bring changes and innovations along with it. It creates a new legal situation, with all the uncertainties that entails. Several speakers will outline the most radical changes of this new legal regime.

Kindly note that this seminar will be held in Dutch.
