Le saut d’index et les mesures de modération salariale ont restreint les budgets. Mais certains pourront se réjouir d’une augmentation.

Les plus bas salaires pourront bénéficier d’un bonus à l’emploi et les employés de la commission paritaire 200 (avant la CP 218) recevront chaque année une prime de 250 euros brut.

Cette prime sera payée annuellement au mois de juin, et ce à partir de 2016. A partir de 2017, cette prime sera indexée, selon le mécanisme d’indexation du secteur. Cette prime peut être remplacée par une augmentation du salaire et/ou l’attribution d’un avantage équivalent.

Dans les secteurs ayant un système de pension complémentaire pour ouvriers, la prime peut également être convertie en partie ou intégralement en une pension complémentaire pour employés pour tout le secteur moyennant la conclusion d’une convention collective de travail spécifique avant le 31 octobre 2015.

According to the European Commission (the Commission), Google illegally favoured its own comparison shopping service by displaying it more prominently in its search results than other comparison shopping services (see our July 2017 Newsletter). The Commission found that Google was abusing its dominant position and imposed a EUR 2.42 billion.
