Voorzieningenrechter stelt Wet bewaarplicht telecommunicatiegegevens buiten werking. Wet maakt inbreuk op het recht op eerbiediging van privéleven en het recht op bescherming van persoonsgegevens, welke inbreuk niet beperkt is tot het strikt noodzakelijke en daarom als ontoelaatbaar moet worden gekwalificeerd.
