Dit is het tweede deel van het artikel waarin de nieuwe aanbestedingsrichtlijnen, die op 28 maart 2014 zijn gepubliceerd in het Publicatieblad van de Europese unie, centraal staan. In het eerste deel, dat is gepubliceerd in de vorige aflevering van dit tijdschrift, zijn de belangrijkste wijzigingen ten opzichte van richtlijn 2014/24//EU (de ‘Klassieke Richtlijn’) besproken. In dit deel worden de wijzigingen ten opzichte van richtlijn 2014/25/EU (de ‘Richtlijn Nutssectoren’) behandeld, alsmede de geheel nieuwe richtlijn 2014/23/EU (de ‘Richtlijn Concessies’).
