Some recent changes to the Belgian Council of State’s organisational framework, on both the legislative and regulatory sides, lead to important changes in the functioning and competences of this judicial body.
“Is this a matter for lawyers only?” you ask. Not really.
We believe that these changes and their procedural consequences should be assimilated by any law practitioner or internal jurist who is concerned about maintaining the rights and interests of the public or private body entity he/she works for.
This is why Stibbe is organising a two-day seminar which focuses on the Belgian Council of State’s reform and its impact on legal practice.
The Dutch speaking session will be held on the 27th of May 2014 and the French speaking session will be held on the 12th of June 2014.
