Toni van Hees acting as court appointed trustee in the bankruptcy of Indover Bank. The work involves the winding down of the bank including its subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Singapore as well as its branch office in Hamburg, Germany and its rep office in Jakarta, Indonesia as well as litigation against various parties involved, amongst others Indover Banks sole shareholder, Bank Indonesia, the central bank of the Republic Indonesia.

Indover Bank had various subsidiaries and branche offices outside the Netherlands, it had a strong relationship with its sole shareholder as well as with Indonesia in general, the main creditors are international financial institutions and its assets were mainly international financial assets.
