De Europese Commissie doet onderzoek naar de prijsafspraken tussen Starbucks en de Nederlandse belastingdienst. Onlangs verscheen het openingsbesluit van de Commissie met het voorlopige oordeel dat Nederland Starbucks een selectief voordeel verleent dat kwalificeert als ongeoorloofde staatssteun.
