Stibbe advises Intermixt as the representative of the Flemish municipalities of the so-called mixed energy distribution sector (also known as the “Eandis-group”) with respect to the withdrawal of Electrabel from the Flemish electricity and gas distribution system operators by the end of 2014 and with respect to the municipalities’ withdrawal from Electrabel Customer Solutions.
