Stibbe advises Distrigas

Stibbe assisted Belgian listed leading distributor Distrigas as the target company in (i) the auction controlled EUR 4.8 billion sale of the majority stake of Suez (the company's majority shareholder) to ENI, (ii) the subsequent takeover bid by ENI on all Distrigas NV shares and (iii) the transfer by Publigas of its entire stake in Distrigas to ENI.
