His practice covers corporate litigation, enforcement of judgments, injunctive relief, security interests, post M&A litigation, contract and commercial law, and product liability. In addition to his general litigation practice, Pieter has built up extensive expertise in the field of insolvency litigation by regularly assisting clients in various types of (cross-border) insolvency litigations.
