Stibbe advises KKR & Co

Stibbe has advised KKR & Co on the acquisition of nexeye, a Dutch eyecare provider offering quality services under the Hans Anders, eyes + more, and Direkt Optik brands. The company was acquired from 3i Group Plc, a prominent British investment firm. nexeye and its associated labels collectively employ over 3,500 individuals and serve customers through a network of 719 stores spanning the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Sweden.

Stibbe worked alongside Kirkland & Ellis on the transaction.
