Jeroen’s work highlights include being lead-associate in various buy-side and sell-side private equity transactions, restructurings and carve-outs often involving multiple jurisdictions. He worked in our Brussels office in 2019 and in our London office from 2020 to 2022.

He holds a master’s degree in private law and corporate law from the VU University in Amsterdam (cum laude; 2015)
