Andera Partners, a French private equity firm, joined forces with the management of Verbraeken Infra to buy out Infra Group NV. Infra Group is a Belgian-based leading multidisciplinary network infrastructure provider. Waterland Private Equity Investments and the Verbraeken family divested the group through an auction process.
