The new legislation on public procurement is expected to come into force on 30 June 2017.This legislation concerns regulations for both classical sectors as well as special sectors.

With regard to the new regulations for classical sectors, Stibbe organizes a seminar in collaboration with Die Keure Opleidingen on 20 June 2017 in Ghent where several lawyers from Stibbe Brussels will provide a practical overview of the most important changes in public procurement regulations for classical sectors.
