Anna Collignon new partner at Stibbe Amsterdam

On 1 January 2017 Stibbe appointed Anna Collignon as partner. With this appointment, Stibbe strengthens its leading administrative law practice and brings the number of partners at the Amsterdam office to thirty-eight.

Anna specialises in environmental law, particularly in heavy industry.  She is also involved in obtaining permits and spatial plans. She is an experienced litigator, appearing before both Dutch and European courts. In addition, Anna focuses on monitoring and enforcement aspects.

De harmonisering van milieuzones

Short Reads - Een dik jaar geleden schreven wij hier op het Stibbeblog over de eerste uitspraak van de Afdeling bestuursrechtspraak van de Raad van State over een milieuzone (Afdeling bestuursrechtspraak laat de Utrechtse milieuzone in stand). Wij voorspelden toen 388 verschillende milieuzones in Nederland. Ook de staatssecretaris van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat erkende dat gevaar en schreef in een kamerbrief van 5 april 2018 over de harmonisering van milieuzones. Wij staan daar in dit blog kort bij stil.
