On Thursday 14 December, Erik Valgaeren teaches a class on Internet Litigation at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance of the University of Luxembourg.

He will discuss the legal framework, new e-legislations, the relevance of fundamental rights, the role of the Courts and regulators, various legal relationships and make a forecast for IT-lawyers.
