The International Bar Association (IBA) released a strategic report on Digital Identity.

The report identifies some key concerns and working principles on the collection and use of personal information in the online world.

Erik Valgaeren, TMT partner in our Brussels office, was co-chair of the Legal Practice Division Working Group that prepared the report.
