Stibbe has advised Lodha Group on the finance aspects of the acquisition of the Canadian High Commission Building at One Grosvenor Square in London with a purchase price of £306 million. Lodha Group is an Indian real estate developer who mainly develops real estate projects in India. The acquired neo-Georgian building will be turned into residential luxurious apartments. The acquisition of one of London's most prestigious buildings is the first development for the Lodha Group outside India.
