Stibbe assisted the three economic and financial instruments of the Walloon Region in their merger into a new instrument called Wallonie Entreprendre (WE).

Stibbe advised ICDI (a collaborative group of three intercommunal bodies that are active in waste sorting) on the renovation, extension, and reorganisation of a large-scale waste sorting site in the Walloon region.

Stibbe advised a real estate specialised group on its plans to transform its newly-purchased hotel into office spaces.

Stibbe advised Concentra on its joint venture with Corelio. The joint-venture between these two publishing companies will be called “Het Mediahuis”.
