On 24 September 2018 Tom Barkhuysen will talk about the importance of fair court fees. He will be one of the keynote speakers at the conference, which will also include members of the House of Representatives and officials from the Ministry of Justice and Security.

Fair court fees
The conference has been arranged by organisations that are concerned about high court fees. A number of sector and interest groups believe it is important that their voice is heard before civil servants and ministers make decisions about court fees which could adversely affect small and medium-sized enterprises. The conference is an opportunity for the attendees and keynote speakers to discuss the consequences of excessive court fees
Krijn van Beek, Henk Naves and Tijs Rotmans have also been invited to attend the conference as keynote speakers.
