Stibbe named winner of Managing IP Europe Impact Deal of the Year Award
Stibbe is delighted to announce that its Amsterdam TMT/IP team has been awarded the Europe Impact Deal of the Year Award at the Managing IP EMEA Awards 2026. Managing IP is the leading global directory in the field of intellectual property, and its annual awards recognise exceptional legal work in IP across Europe and beyond.
The award recognises Stibbe's IP advice in connection with the EUR 15.7 billion acquisition of JDE Peet's by Keurig Dr Pepper, one of the largest and most complex transactions in the global consumer goods sector in recent years. The deal required sophisticated cross-border IP structuring and transaction support, reflecting the depth of expertise within Stibbe's TMT/IP practice.
The award-winning team was led by Jan-Jaap Koningsveld and included Auke-Frank Tadema and Minke Reijneveld. Jan-Jaap, Auke-Frank and Minke accepted the award at the ceremony held in London on 1 May 2025.
