Stibbe advises ALSÉÉN on contracts for new Merwede bridges (A27)

Stibbe has advised the ALSÉÉN consortium, comprising Ballast Nedam and Fluor, on the contracts for the construction of the new western Merwede Bridge and the demolition of the existing bridges, as part of the large-scale widening and renewal of the A27 between Houten and Hooipolder.

With the completion of the design phase and the official award of the contract to ALSÉÉN, this ambitious infrastructure project is now formally moving into the construction phase. We congratulate ALSÉÉN on this significant milestone and look forward to the further progress of this project.
