Stibbe advised DSV on the sale of Pulse, a fully refurbished cross-dock distribution facility located in the Tilburg-Waalwijk area. 

The asset comprises 19,216 m² of cross-dock logistics space, 161 car parking spaces, 9 van spaces, 33 truck spaces and 100 trailer spaces, as well as an 8,110 m² trailer park plot. The vendor was Schenker Nederland B.V. and the acquirer was M&G Real Estate, acting on behalf of the M&G European Property Fund.

Pulse is a fully refurbished cross-dock distribution facility, leased on a long lease to global logistics leader DSV, providing durable income supported by a blue-chip occupier. The property holds a BREEAM In-Use 'Very Good' certification and an EPC label A+++ for office space. The asset is located in the Tilburg-Waalwijk area, at the heart of one of the Netherlands' key logistics corridors, and is fully occupied, providing reliable income with long-term appeal.
