He has broad knowledge and experience on public offerings and litigation, especially regarding financial statements and directors’ and auditors’ liability. Steven also represents financial institutions in connection with license applications, filings and other regulatory matters.

Steven is a professor of Financial Reporting at the Radboud Business Law Institute. 

Furthermore, he is also an editor of Tijdschrift Ondernemingsrecht, and has published several books and articles on financial reporting law, securities law and corporate governance.
