His practice involves a wide range of civil liability issues, including disputes concerning various types of contracts, tort litigation and professional liability disputes. He regularly conducts legal proceedings in corporate issues relating to post-M&A disputes, directors’ and officers’ liability, and proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber at the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. Luuk also represents auditors of large accountancy firms in proceedings before the disciplinary courts for auditors.
Luuk has a Master of Laws in Corporate Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam (2015). He also holds a Master of Science in Economics & Business, also from Erasmus University Rotterdam (2016). Luuk attended the Stibbe MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD (2021).
Luuk has published articles on financial reporting law and disciplinary law for auditors.
