She mainly focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, joint ventures and complex restructurings. She also advises public and private corporate clients on general corporate law and corporate governance topics.
Liselot always strives to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients, thereby taking into account their commercial objectives and providing tailor-made and pragmatic advice.
After graduating with a master’s degree in Law from Ghent University (2013), Liselot studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science where she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law (2014). She also completed a postgraduate programme in Corporate Finance at KU Leuven (2019).
Liselot joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2014.
