Juno specialises in employment law and has experience litigating and advising on a wide range of strategic employment and benefits issues. This includes large restructurings, works council issues and employee benefits.
Juno has special expertise in anti-discrimination and equal treatment legislation, with a focus on gender equal pay requirements. She advises on complex collective employment matters, such as strikes and the legal status of gig economy workers. In legal proceedings, she represents a range of both Dutch and international clients, from financial institutions to leading businesses.
Juno has a master’s degree in Private Law with a specialisation in Liability Law from the University of Utrecht (2018), and a master’s degree in Labour Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She attended the Stibbe MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD (2022).
