Juliëtte works as a lawyer at Stibbe Amsterdam, specialising in domestic and international tax issues, with a focus on private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, M&A, and investment fund structures.
Juliëtte works as a lawyer at Stibbe Amsterdam, specialising in domestic and international tax issues, with a focus on private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, M&A, and investment fund structures.
Juliëtte furthermore advises on VAT issues. She advises a wide range of Dutch and international clients.
Juliëtte obtained a master’s degree (cum laude) in International and European Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam in 2018 and a post-master degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam (2020) in the field of Indirect Taxes.
She followed a US Tax Law course (US Corporate and International Taxation) at the International Tax Center in Leiden in 2022.
Juliëtte is also member of the Dutch Bar Association (NOvA) and the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB).
