Her practice involves a broad range of commercial litigation, such as post-M&A, intellectual property and information technology litigation. Femke also advises clients, both local and international, on intellectual property, information technology and transactional matters. Femke advises a wide range of national and international companies, non-governmental and governmental organizations.
She obtained a master’s degree in Commercial Law from the University of Amsterdam in 2018.
