Charlotte specialises in domestic and international taxation, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structurings and restructurings, private equity transactions, and employee benefits.
Charlotte advises a broad variety of clients, including private equity funds and multinationals. She spent two years at our New York office, from 2020 to 2022.
Charlotte holds a master’s degree in Tax Law from the University of Leiden (2015). She followed a US Tax Law course (US Corporate and International Taxation) at the International Tax Center in Leiden in 2018. She attended an MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD in 2020.
She is a member of the Netherlands Bar (NOvA) and the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB).
Charlotte has written numerous articles and contributes regular ‘In Step With Stibbe’ columns to the Tax Notes International journal.
