Patrick Goffaux

With decades of expertise and knowledge in his areas of specialism, Patrick consistently provides advice that achieves his clients’ commercial and legal requirements.

Patrick specialises in public and administrative law, handling various matters regarding constitutional law, the law of local authorities, public service, general administrative law, legistic, physical planning and town planning law, public procurement, environment, expropriation and administrative litigation.

Patrick holds three chairs at the University of Brussels (ULB) and is currently Dean of the Faculty of Law and Criminology.

He has a master’s in law from the University of Brussels (ULB) (1992). On completion of his studies he was awarded the Prix René Marcq. He also has a master’s in administrative law from the same university.

Furthermore, Patrick holds a Doctor of Law degree also from the University of Brussels (ULB) (2001).
