Olivia works collaboratively with her clients and is dedicated to offering solutions that precisely fit their needs.

Olivia has proven expertise assisting clients in intellectual property law covering both contentious and non-contentious matters. In these areas she handles many complex cases including those regarding patents, know-how, plant breeders’ rights, trademarks, copyright, assignments, licensing and life sciences concerns. In particular she has a breadth of knowledge and expertise in the areas of plant and biotechnology.

She holds a post-graduate degree in intellectual property law from HUB, Brussels (2011-2014). She holds a master’s in international journalism from City University, London, and also a Master of Laws (Magna Cum Laude) (2004-2007) and from UCL, Belgium. Olivia completed the Erasmus exchange program at University of Copenhagen (Magna Cum Laude) (2007). In addition she also gained a Bilingual Bachelor of Laws from the Saint-Louis University, Brussels (2002-2004).

Olivia is a member of WILL, AIPPI, Young EP Law and Ciopora. She was admitted to the bar in 2010.
