Judica Krikke

Judica is the head of our IP and TMT practices in Amsterdam and has broad knowledge and experience in each.

Judica acts as lead counsel in global outsourcings, ICT procurements and other ICT transactions. She has specific expertise in software license and compliance issues. Her expert leadership and knowledge reinforces our capacity as a full service firm to handle large transactions involving media and technology.

Judica’s academic background is in copyright and she frequently advises on software ownership, license rights and content exploitation. She has acted on such matters for many years for several national and international publishers.

Her enthusiasm and dedication to her specialisms drive her to write and teach on ICT and copyright. She teaches information law at Grotius Academy and is arbitrator for Stichting Geschillenoplossing Automatisering (SGOA), the Dutch alternative dispute settlement forum for the settlement of ICT disputes.

Judica has a Master of Law and a Master of Arts.
