Johanne Boelhouwer

As part of the Employment, Pensions and Incentives practice at Stibbe Amsterdam, Johanne’s expertise includes employment law and employee benefits and she is a certified pension lawyer. She represents clients in individual, collective labour and pension law matters.

Johanne litigates and advises on a wide range of employment and pension issues, and advises on the employment and pension aspects of transactions and restructurings. In addition, she handles general HR advisory matters.

Johanne frequently deals with issues in connection with transfer of undertakings, collective bargaining and works council matters, and a variety of pension matters such as mandatory participation in pension funds.
She works closely with the Administrative practice in Stibbe on matters concerning the Executives Pay Act (WNT).

Johanne has an LLM in Employment Law from the University of Amsterdam (2011). She completed the post-graduate programme on pension law at the Free University of Amsterdam in 2014 and is a Certified Pension Lawyer.
