Erik Verweij

Erik specialises in project and area development, construction and projects.

Furthermore, Erik has proven expertise in handling procurement matters in sectors including real estate, infrastructure, energy, public transport and healthcare.

He acts for clients in both an advisory capacity, and handling contract drafting and litigation matters before Dutch courts and arbitration institutes.

Erik holds an LL.M degree in Civil Law from Leiden University (2008).

In addition, he regularly publishes on construction and procurement related matters and lectures at the Institute for Construction Law (IBR).
