Bart Stevens

Bart specialises in corporate litigation and complex areas of corporate law.

He conducts legal proceedings in corporate and commercial issues relating to director’s liability, shareholder disputes, (post-)M&A disputes and proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.

Bart also advises corporate clients from all industry sectors and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, investments and corporate governance.

He has a Master’s degree in law (with honours) from Maastricht University (2013) and he attended the Stibbe MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD (2018). Bart graduated from the post-academic corporate law specialist course Grotius Academie in 2020 (with honours).

He is a member of the Dutch Association of Corporate Litigation Lawyers (VCL).
