Consultation response: Act on further remuneration measures for the financial sector
Astrid Helstone, Manuel Lokin, Soeradj Ramsanjhal, Anne Merks and Lotte Hover-Boon have submitted a response to the draft bill 'Act on further remuneration measures for the financial sector' (Wet nadere beloningsmaatregelen financiële sector).
This legislative proposal went into consultation on 5 July 2019 and contains several proposed amendments to the Financial Supervision Act (Wft).
The response from the Stibbe team includes comments on five measures; the team's response examines whether all the proposed measures serve the intended purpose, questions the scope of those proposed measures, and makes a number of recommendations.
