Europees Handvest. Termijnoverschrijding IND Asielzaak. Onverbindendheid tijdelijke wet

Articles - De overheid zal (wederom) dwangsommen moeten betalen indien de IND niet binnen de termijn op asielaanvragen beslist. De rechtbank Den Haag heeft namelijk tweemaal artikel 1 van de Tijdelijke wet opschorting dwangsommen IND onverbindend verklaard. Zie Rb. Den Haag 24 maart 2022, ECLI:NL:RBDHA:2022:2641 en Rb.
