New Managing Partner for Stibbe Brussels

As of January 1st, 2019, Wouter Ghijsels will be appointed as new Managing Partner of Stibbe Brussels.

Wouter Ghijsels started his career at Stibbe in 2002 and became partner in 2011. Since 2017, Wouter was also a member of the executive committee of Stibbe. As the head of the Banking & Finance practice, Wouter advises financial institutions, corporate and public sector clients on domestic and cross-border financial transactions, in particular syndicated lending, debt capital market transactions, project finance and leveraged buyouts. 

Current Managing Partner Jan Peeters will continue his Corporate & Finance practice within Stibbe Brussels.
