De Europese Commissie heeft nieuwe regels aangekondigd die het de Europese Banken Autoriteit mogelijk moet maken om nog harder op te treden in geval van overtreding van de anti-witwasregelgeving door onder andere financiële instellingen.

In een column voor Fondsnieuws gaat Suzanne Kröner-Rosmalen nader in op de plannen die Jean-Claude Juncker heeft aangekondigd in de staat van de unie 2018.
